Capri-Napoli ’15 – Guinness Marathon – 65K

May 16, 2015: For this year guinness goal reached!!

Great enthusiasm in the pool yesterday for the solidarity opening event Capri-Napoli 2015: children swim for children, with many friends of sport and entertainment available to support the project.

But especially big party for helping to raise money for less fortunate children who, thanks to the Association “Accendiamo una stella for you” will have the opportunity to practice free sports activities for the sports season 2015/2016.

About 700 children in the water for a total of 1,296 tanks made, for a total of almost 65 Km. Far beyond, then, the 50 km that had to be swum to celebrate the 50th edition of the Capri-Napoli, whose official race is in scheduled for Sept. 6, while the non-competitive race will take place on July 4.

They were also selected designs winners of the competition for the realization of a drawing in which they were represented and characteristic elements of the sea, sport and Naples.

All winners will be awarded the arrival of the Capri-Naples in September, the final leg of the FINA world grand prix.

May 14, 2015: Tomorrow May 15, from 9 to 12 will be held the 4th edition of the Guinness Marathon.

This is the social-solidarity opening event of the 2015 Capri-Napoli and it will be realized in Naples at the pool “Scandone”.

The event is open to the Neapolitean children and it collect funds for the Association “Accendiamo una stella for you”.

The children must swim, everyone, at least 50 meters, swim up to a total of 50 km, to celebrate the 50 edition of the famous Capri-Napoli marathon the worldwide swimmers will swim in September for the annual FINA world Grand Prix race.
Many friends from the world of sports and entertainment will support the event and will be present in the water and in the pool.

For this edition, to pay tribute to the fifty editions of Capri-Napoli, the participants, as well as contribute to the guinness in water, it has been asked to participate in another interesting project: a competition for the creation of a drawing in which they were represented and characteristic elements of the sea, sport and Naples.
Below all designs finalists have been divided into three categories: primary school, secondary school, swimming school.

May 12, 2015: on the occasion of the FINA grand prix race: Capri-Napoli, which this year celebrates its 50th anniversary, the ASI Napoli and the event organizer “Eventualmente -Eventi & Comunicazione” organize next September 6, the “1st Trofeo ASI Aspettando la Capri-Napoli” reserved to the young swimmers. The competition will take place at the Capri-Napoli Village”. Distances M. 350 (” baby” ) and M. 850 (” boys and girls”).
