5th stage FINA Grand Prix
July 29, 2013: last Saturday was held the 5th leg of the FINA Grand Prix, the circuit races with distances over 15 km.
The race was held in Lac Seant Jean in Canada over the distance of 32 km.
Here are the podiums, with the unexpected victory of the veteran of the circuit, the Macedonian Tomy Stefanovski, followed by the Italian Edoardo Stochino and Argentinean Damian Blaum.
Among the women, victory for Kozydub (Rus) followed by Geijo (Arg) and Nunez (Spa).

5th stage FINA World Cup 10 km
July 26, 2013: In Canada, at Roverbal, here are the podiums of the 5th leg of the FINA World Cup 10 km played yesterday:
men: 1) Studzinski (Ger), 2) Masse-Savard (Can), 3) Hedel (Fra).
women: 1) Brunemann (USA); Dusablon (Can), 3) Pineau (Can).

Starting list 2013
25 July 2013: a few more days and will be announced the starting list 2013.

The Italian Job: first stage
July 9, 2013: Hamish and Kit, especially two great friends and a strong character. At the base of their company “The Italian Job” took us both to pass the first test of the incredible triathlon that will take them less than 14 days from Capri to London with the aim of solidarity of the larger project “Coming Home” (www.theitalianjob2013.co.uk).
Yesterday morning at the start from Le Lido di Capri Ondine the sea and the weather were perfect for the crossing.
And for about 5 hours everything was for the best. Swim fluid, which gave the impression of a fast arriving around 8 hours and 30 ‘.
Then, the time she wanted to make the company even more difficult. A strong wind from the north-east wind with strong counter-currents, to which is added the rain has slowed the two athletes for about two hours remained practically at a standstill.
