A special medal for the race
August 8, 2014: Once again this year the President of the Italian Republic, Giorgio Napolitano, as for the latest editions, wanted to allocate a medal, as his prize of representation, the 49th edition of the Marathon Capri-Napoli.

Solo crossing
August 6, 2014: successful solo crossing attempt. The two Mexican brothers Fernando and Alberto Urrutia swam the 36 km between Capri and Naples in 10h and 50 ‘, despite the sea conditions were not easy at all.
Next crossing September 7th with the final of the 2014 FINA Grand Prix.
Attempt to solo crossing
August 5, 2014: tomorrow morning, Wednesday August 6, from 08:30 am, two athletes from Mexico, Fernando and Alberto Urrutia try the solo crossing of the crossing swim Capri-Napoli, over the classic distance of 36 km.
The crossing follows the amateur competition held on July 4 and precedes the official race scheduled on September 7, valid as the final leg of the 2014 FINA Grand Prix.

August 2, 2014: fifhth leg of the FINA Grand Prix 2014 held in Lac Magog, Canada (34 km).
