2014 FINA Grand Prix winners
September 8, 2014: Today was held the official award ceremony of the Capri-Napoli 2014 Trofeo BCC Napoli.
The event was held at the “Maschio Angioino”.

Day in Capri
September 5th, 2014: Capri day for athletes engaged Sunday at the capri-napoli.
Once in Capri, swimmers have moved from Marina Grande in Capri with the cable car, thanks to the support of SIPPIC.
First appointment with the greeting of the Mayor at the Municipality of Capri, thanks to whose support the swimmers were able to enjoy a whole day in one of the pearls of the Mediterranean.
Then the traditional photo in “Piazzetta”.
In the afternoon training at the recently renovated Le Lido Ondine, and before returning to Naples, a tour of the island by boat, from the sea to admire all the beauties of Capri as the Blue Grotto and the Faraglioni.

The swimmers have arrived in Naples
September 4, 2014: arrived in Naples the swimmers entered in the 49th edition of the Capri-Napoli scheduled Sunday, September 7th starting at the Lido Le Ondine – Capri at 09.30 and with the arrival at about 3.45 / 4 at the Circoo Canottieri Napoli.
30 swimmers, 20 men and 10 women from 17 nations, who will contest the stage win, entering the hall of fame of the event.
Headlining the group of the Italians in the race Edoardo Stochino (bronze at the recent European Berlin), Simone Ercoli and Fabiana Lamberti who compete for FFOO Naples.
Arrived also the reigning world champion Damian Blaum and the current leaders of the ranking FINA Grand Prix: French Joanes Hedel and the Macedonian Tomi Stefanovski.
For the female race, just arrived the 2 leaders of the ranking FINA Grand Prix: the Czech Silvie Rybárová and the Argentinian Pilar Geijo. Next to them, for the first time in the race, the multi medalist at the last Olympic Games and at the World Championships in Barcelona, 2013, the Brazilian athlete Ana Marcela Cunha (pictured above) who came on board a Nissan, sponsor of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Rio 2016. Ana Marcela is also part of the project born in Brazil: “Team Nissan”, a program designed to assist in the training the Brazilian athletes with a potential, in order to help the country achieve success in the 2016 Games.
Nissan also supports the Capri-Napoli marathon with the help of electric mobility at the service of the athletes.
