New partnership

March 12, 2015: a little more than six months from the ’50th edition of the Capri-Napoli Marathon, O.C. is designing important news for the event.

For 2015 is realized a prestigious partnership with the Renaissance Naples Hotel Mediterraneo.

At this important location in the heart of Naples, in September, O.C. will realize some of the official events of the historic event.
A photo exhibition to present the Marathon to the city, past and present: September 3 to 30, the location will be open to the public of enthusiasts, tourists and visitors, in the lobby of the Renaissance Naples Hotel Mediterraneo. The exhibition will gather about 30 photographs and other memorabilia that tell one of the oldest sporting events and expectations held in the city. Among the areas the cozy bar and panoramic roof will be a succession of events: September 3 starts with the vernissage of the exhibition, with the participation of athletes and delegations and then September 7 the Roof Garden Terrace Angiò will host the award ceremony with the press, institutions, and of course sports participants.

The agreement with the event, provides preferential rates for those who decide to stay at the Renaissance Naples Hotel Mediterraneo is at the official race in September, and for the non-competitive in July.

2015 Non competitive Capri-Napoli

March 4, 2015: Last February 28, was the deadline for submissions of Capri-Napoli uncompetitive 2015, scheduled on July 4th.

The competition will be one of the events celebrating the 50 editions, whose official race, which this year will close the FINA World Grand Prix, is scehduled on September 6th.

Also for the 2015 amateur edition a great success and lots of requests received.

For SOLO category: 10 swimmers were selected.

As for the category RELAYS  were accepted well 8.

A total of 50 athletes will take to the water from 14 countries of 4 continents:
AUS; AUT; BRA; CZE; ESP; FRA; GER; ITA; MDA; RUS; SAF; SWE; UK; USA.

In the coming days, all the details about the participants accepted.

Santa Fé-Coronda 2015

February 2, 2015: Yesterday it staged the 42nd edition of the traditional Marathon Santa Fé-Coronda (ARG) this year is not included in the calendar of the FINA Grand Prix.

The race saw 18 swimmers at the start of which 13 men and 5 women from 4 countries (Argentina, Brazil, Venezuela, Spain).

After about two hours, the competition was interrupted by the Naval Prefecture due to bad weather, which saw very near a rising storm.
Until then the top positions were: Villagoiz (ARG), Biagioli (ARG), Bertola (ARG).
